In addition, Due to the Russia-Ukraine war, the number of investors is increasing here day by day. That is why the Dubai real estate market has seen record property sales in this week of August. This spectacular sale of $2.8 billion is clear proof that Dubai’s market, stable currency, and excellent facilities are gaining the trust of people all over the world.

As per data from the Dubai Land Department, sales of ready apartments and villas predominated at 2,239. During the week, 344 plots were sold. Dubai surpasses $2.8 billion worth of transactions in real estate in a single week just because of a booming market. Over 3,000 sales totaling AED10.3 billion in real estate were completed in Dubai over the week ending August 19.

Is this a small achievement? Not at all. I believe this will encourage people to invest more. Other than that, statistics from the Dubai Land Department show that 344 plots were sold throughout the week. While 2,239 ready-to-move-in homes and villas also sold. The largest deal involved the selling of land in Al Wasl for AED 400.18 million. Which was followed by the sale of land in Hadeq Mohammed bin Rashid for AED 205 million. Among the biggest transactions was the sale of Palm Jumeirah for AED 130 million.

This excellent and amazing sales record has also increased people’s confidence in Dubai Real Estate Brokers. All these amazing property sales happened in just one week according to Dubai Land Department. Due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, like the whole world, the real estate market of Dubai also suffered a downturn. However, with Dubai’s successful strategy and best practices, the real estate market started to flourish again. Now the value of Dubai property has increased all over the world. Therefore, we can say according to these figures that it is expected to rise further in the coming days.
