As per data from the Dubai Land Department, sales of ready apartments and villas predominated at 2,239. During the week, 344 plots were sold. Dubai surpasses $2.8 billion worth of transactions in real estate in a single week just because of a booming market. Over 3,000 sales totaling AED10.3 billion in real estate were completed in Dubai over the week ending August 19.

Other than that, statistics from the Dubai Land Department show that 344 plots were sold throughout the week. While 2,239 ready-to-move-in homes and villas also sold. The largest deal involved the selling of land in Al Wasl for AED 400.18 million. Which was followed by the sale of land in Hadeq Mohammed bin Rashid for AED 205 million. Among the biggest transactions was the sale of Palm Jumeirah for AED 130 million.
